For a couple of years now, I’ve had access to a 2500 sq ft barn with power & water available. I’ve taken advantage of it by purchasing some power tools & moving some tools from my storage unit over to the barn. I also keep my 16’ trailer there as well. This allowed me to tackle some projects that I have had to put off for years due to working for Siemens for 15 years & constantly being on the road. The owner of the property has graciuosly allowed me access to the property & I keep an eye on it for him as he lives in Austin & doens’t get down to Brenham very often. So this relationship has worked worked out well for both of us.

At some point it will end & I’ll have to move all my equipment out of there.

Hopefully this year we can start moving forward on building our dream home down in Chappell Hill. I hope to get my barn built first & then be able to move my equipment into it & also use it as a staging location for building material during the home construction stage.
